Hey everyone! Geraldine here. I’m a business coach for accountants who can’t go near tax.
My background is in engineering from Cornell, and I spent years helping small businesses navigate financials, improve operations, and build systems that actually worked. I also guided adventure travel around the world for a decade — an unexpected training ground in proactivity, problem-solving, and staying calm when everything is on fire.
When I began working with accountants, I saw the same pattern everywhere: smart, capable professionals trapped in firms that were underpriced, over capacity, and running them ragged. I knew there was a better way — a way built on value, boundaries, and design.
